El apartamento estaba muy limpio con café y gel de cortesía. Era muy amplio para tener tantas camas, el baño grande y con todas las comodidades.
El estado del edificio. En la escalera se notaba faltaba de mantenimiento.

The location and the property are great. Great host as well. Large apartment with air conditioning and lovely balcony. We had difficulty with the lockbox upon arrival and our host came quickly to help out. He even helped us with the luggage which was very nice of him. Too bad we only spent one night in Napoli before catching the ferry.

В одной спальне две большие кровати, во второй без окон малюсенькой комнате двухъярусная кровать. Диван в проходной комнате и на кухне. Спальных мест много, но всё неуютно. Мебель очень старая и дряхлая. Стиральная машина ржавая. Душ протекает, холодный, невозможно помыться. На полу и кроватях - везде черные волосы. Тарелки все побитые. Включили поздно вечером чайник - выбило свет. Хозяин на вопросы реагировал с большим опозданием и объяснял, как врубить ночью свет, как оказалось, в другой квартире. Не в этой. Цена за такое сомнительное качество завышена. Сколько останавливались в Неаполе - первый раз такая отвратительная квартира. Кроме отличного месторасположения - ничего хорошего.
