5 min walk from train station, good and cold A/C, host was communicative and easy to reach
The room is small, but no other issues! Requires a lengthy, extensive online check-in process before arrival, including taking a photo of your passport and a selfie with your passport for yourself and all guests in the reservation. I personally dislike these requirements.

The neighborhood is a bit tricky at night, but make sure you're not alone.

Our experience would've been different if we were speaking italian or the owner spoke english, given the above reasons we ended up in the wrong place, and waited over an hour to get the keys.
The apartment is newly refurbished, clean indeed. Be aware, the bedroom is above the living room and can get uncomfortably hot also there is no heating in the bathroom, which will only affect you if travelling in cold season.
