Staff were polite and helpful. Room we stayed in was very hot but a fan was provided. Facilities in the room were great.

Excellent food and bar. The pub really delivers a good quality experience.
The room was tired and dirty. For £150 a night I expect far better. The bathroom was not clean. Toothpaste on the taps, dirt on the walls, the shower hadn’t been wiped down properly.
