The staff was super friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant was amazing, and we were sat right next to the fireplace, which was such a lovely experience. We stayed in the family room which was nicely decorated and quite large with seperate bedrooms. The main bed was very comfortable.
The bathroom had a pretty bad sewage smell, so we had to make sure to keep that door closed as much as possible.
The additional beds in the family room were unfortunately not as comfy as the main one.

Welcoming relaxed atmosphere. Good selection on the dinner menu. Breakfast was made to order, freshly cooked.

Our bedroom was comfortable but situated above the kitchen and utility area, as a result, rather noisy.(Room 11)
The bathroom was very small with a tiny sink which, water splashed out of and soaked the loo roll situated just below..
Breakfast was limited if one preferred the continental option. A greater selection of fruit and pastries would have been welcomed .

Bathroom in need of updating. Would ask for a renovated room another time

Clean comfortable bedroom, great location, good parking, nice bar and bar staff.
Bathroom although functional was rather tired, and the extractor fan was very noisy. The breakfast was adequate, I asked for poached eggs with my cooked breakfast, they were solid with some shell still attached. The waitress replaced them but by the time they came I had finished the rest of the breakfast, I was charged anyway. The waitress also seemed irritated that I had complained.
