Pretty characterful room, charming decor, nice bathroom (a bit wierd with the wardrobe in the bathroom) nice complimentary products.
The duvet wasn't wide enough, barely covered the bed with no one in it.
No pillow protectors.
Food smells from the kitchen underneath the room.
Very early morning, really loud chefs with loud metal music, was very irritating.

Very nice location and rooms
Parking might be a little bit difficult due to location, we had a short water shortage, don’t know if that’s happening often, but didn’t affect lovely stay.

Comfy bed and very friendly reception staff.
We stayed the week of the Cheltenham Gold cup and the price of drinks was extortionate, a pint of guiness was nearly £8, more than on the racecourse and over £1.50 more than the other Snooty Fox hotel a couple of yards down the road. We also were woken at 4am to scratching noises in the bathroom that we werent able to identify. The cost of the drinks would stop us returning.
