after braving the chaotic, noisy filthy streets of Naples walking in thru the gates off the cobble stone street felt like a breath of fresh air.
The tranquility with the windows closed was lovely.
lots of interesting art work around which made the place feel like an art gallery.

The pillows were very uncomfortable & the acoustics between the room were terrible enabling us to hear the shower in the adjacent room
The hard services generally tended to amplify the hotel sounds like people walking up stairs and the telephone ringing at reception

The design and the staff
The location is tricky. On one hand it’s good because it gives you a flavor of the old centre of Naples and its rough charm, on the other hand, you would wish better proximity to the seaoe other places in the city

Beautiful space with so many pieces of art to discover - each with a story behind it. I loved the garden where breakfast is served daily. We chose to relax in the garden in the afternoons when possible, and the property felt like a real sanctuary amongst the intense bustle of Sanita. The location is amazing - in an area that is transforming all the time and full of life and history. All the staff were extremely kind and helpful.
