Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und komfortabel.

Die Adresse der Unterkunft hat leider nicht mit der Adresse übereingestimmt, die auf Booking hinterlegt war. Wir hatten die Wohnung extra wegen der guten Lage gebucht und wurden dann in eine Wohnung etwas abgelegener gebracht. Das war sehr schade, da wenn man nur zwei Tage dort ist die Anbindung sehr wichtig ist. Leider wurde uns nicht kommuniziert dass es eine andere Adresse ist als auf booking steht.

Exceptional service by Michelle. He was super attentive and helped us with a lot of logistics, including getting access to parking at odd hours (very challenging in Naples!). The rooms are impeccable, minimalist and very comfortable, and the hotel is well located in a vibrant neighbourhood close to several major attractions and the train station. If you are driving make sure to contact Michelle ahead of time and follow his instructions for parking. Otherwise navigating the narrow alleys by car is very challenging. Overall a fantastic place to stay and awesome value

- Bon emplacement, à une quinzaine de minutes du centre historique - Grande Douche, lit confortable, rangement suffisant - Eau, café et thé à disposition - Ménage en milieu de séjour

- Accueil stressant, il faut des codes pour rentrer, on ne les a pas obtenu à l'avance. L'hôte ne parlant pas anglais et difficilement joignable à notre arrivée, on a dû demander de l'aide à une voisine qui a gentiment accepté de le joindre. - Lavabo de la salle de bain bouché, rabattant des toilettes cassé - Attention : on ne s'est pas servi de la cuisine commune, mais ne vous attendez pas à pouvoir cuisiner. Pas de plaque de cuisson, de micro onde ou de four. - Photo de la chambre qui ne reflète pas forcément la réalité : on imaginait avoir un balcon mais ce n'était pas le cas pour notre logement. - Mauvaise isolation du bâtiment, on entend les conversations des voisins.
