Nexus House

Very nice clean apartment with well equiped kitchen. As the price was quite low, we didn't expect much, but we were positively surprised with the quality of the apartment. The best thing was the perfect and precise communication from the host's side. I have received all the required information in advance, so we didn't need to worry with anything. Nice job! :-)

The streets in this part of the city are a bit noisier, but we preferred to be close to the central train station, so we appreciated this location.

The apartment was clean throughout with all basic necessities met. The staff were fantastic! We arrived early and had arranged to leave our luggage, but they made sure that the room was ready for us. We were so happy and grateful that we could settle right away. Special thanks to Alessio for all tips where to eat and visit.

I was not entirely convinced by location. It’s definitely in the centre of Naples and close to the transport links and attractions. I just felt that the area was a bit rough, run down and dirty, although we did not experience anything unpleasant. There are grocery shops, cafes, cheap pizzerias all nearby, so there are definitely advantages. As for the property itself , I have no negative comments at all.

A localização era boa, próximo ao centro. Tinha fácil acesso a estação de trem, ao metrô que fica a uma curta caminhada e a diversas linhas de ônibus e a pontos de interesse, permitindo que fossemos visitar locais a pé. Outra coisa positiva era o mercado próximo que ficava aberto até tarde

As ruas da região são sujas. A fachada era assustadora, o quarto tinha cheiro de mofo, a roupa de cama era ruim, o chuveiro esquentava e depois esfriava o tempo inteiro, e a água quente acabava muito rápido e demorava muito a ter água quente na caldeira novamente, também era um chuveiro muito pequeno, fraco e estava com obstruções provavelmente por sujidades nas saídas de água. A pia e prateleira para colocar os aparelhos de higiene eram pequenos e desconfortáveis. O box não tinha nenhuma prateleira ou local para colocar os shampoos, sabonetes, e a limpeza do banheiro deixou a desejar, principalmente do vaso sanitário que estava com uma área bem suja como é possível ver na foto.
