L'emplacement à proximite du quartier historique qui permet de tout faire à pied, la cour commune intérieure sur ́laquelle donnent les chambres, le calme car en retrait de la rue, la propreté, les renseignements de Guiseppe, le petit-déjeuner (1 boisson, 1 croissant) livré le matin
Le bruit des avions, l'arrivée de nuit dans le quartier qui peut paraître très sale et mal fréquenté
