Cosy and great location. Fireplace is amazing and the beds are comfortable.
The downstairs bathroom is a bit smelly.

Quaint cottage inline with expectation for the area. Spacious to accommodate 6 of us. Quiet location away from the crowds. Well appointed in terms of dishwashers and washing machines etc
Garden overgrown and could benefit from some TLC. Garden bench table also could be upgraded or fixed. Only 4 wine glasses and no corkscrew! Drip coffee machine was moldy, so maybe an upgraded machine. 65 spoons but only 10 knives and a few more forks.

Beautiful location. Great views. Lovely traditional property. Lots of space. Loved having a real fireplace. Nice outdoor space. Lovely details - the stable door, the spiral staircase, the extra large four-poster bed, the living room layout. Very much enjoyed by all. Thank you.
Worrying confusion over safety of tap water - conflicting info provided. Resolved quickly through messages with the owner & housekeeper but could just have been better communicated in the first place.
Also position of third bathroom directly off lounge was not initially clear - seemed a bit curious - but was fine. At least they’ve done something creative with the space - was just a bit of a surprise to discover when we arrived. Maybe you could have a photo showing it’s position moor clearly - presumably some folks would see it as a bonus to be able to watch the TV from the spa bath.
Finally, it could have been cleaner. Several cobwebs - even in obvious places like doorways. I know spiders are quick to make webs but several of these were very dusty too and so had clearly been there for sometime. Was also not impressed to find two toothbrushes left in the en-suite and a dark ball of hair (?!) in my bedside table… shame as both of those things left me feeling a bit icky.
