This is an amazing reserve, such a beautiful location and the staff (Etienne, Nceba, John, Sylvia, and others) are just excellant. The game drives are amazing, with morning coffee, evening drinks, and even a treehouse lunch one day. From the lodge lunch table we watched two herds of elephants come to the watering hole. I've been to both Kruger and Pilanesburg - Hopewell is an entirely different level.

Vanaf aankomst tot aan het vertrek is alles top. Wie hier wat te zeuren heeft moet in therapie. Dit is echt het paradijs. Het personeel , de gamedrive en de kennis van Etienne over de dieren en het groen is fantastisch. Wat ik in het begin ook niet had verwacht is dat je helemaal alleen bent op deze locatie. Er zijn geen andere gasten. De Bush van 5000 hectare is helemaal voor jou. We hebben heel veel wilde dieren van dichtbij gezien. Ook de gamedrive in de avond was zeer bijzonder. We hadden een suite met zwembad en dat was echt heel fijn en het geld meer dan waard. Wat fijn was dat het echt een super privé beleving was geen massa toeristen in een jeep op jacht naar wild over een geasfalteerde weg. Nee dit is een fantastische ervaring. Wij stonden geregeld met tranen in onze ogen van ontroering.

Niets , wie hier wat te zeuren heeft moet zich na laten kijken.

The lodge, our room, the staff and their service are unprecedented in an outstandingly positive sense. The private dinner under the stars will remain unforgettable. The crowning highlight of our whole stay were the game drives with Rynhardt. He introduced many interesting information about flora and fauna to us and showed us many beautiful animals in their natural habitats.
