The location is ideal, and the staff were extremely friendly and constantly attentive, the food was amazing. The tents had air conditioning which is great. The swimming pool was amazing. Our ranger on the game drive was attentive and she even prioritized what we wanted to see.
The restaurant lacks an atmosphere, you feel like you need to whisper to your partner across the table. The term “all inclusive” seems to be a bit grey as all activities need to be paid for excluding the 2 included game drives. When checking out we were asked to pay for a night drive, which we never did or even enquired about doing which was odd.

Safari guide Chumani was just a pleasure , friendly, knowledgeable, and good fun. Made our 6 game drives really amazing
Our bed sheets felt dusty and our duvet needed replaced it filling if the duvet was all clumped together
Blinds in the bathroom were dated and needed replaced.

Amazing Lodge with very friendly staff. Very clean and the game drives are stunning. We managed to see all of the big five! The only thing that could be a bit better is the food, it was not bad but quite average.
