Very clean, well-equipped and quiet place The place was very clean, well-equipped and quiet. Everything inside was great.

Clearer instructions for arrival and check-in would have been helpful. Still, a nice stay overall!

A bit hard to find the right entrance.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable and the shower water pressure was good (although the holder was broken and you had to manually hold it)

Staff seemed incredibly surprised that they had a guest house and guests might actually arrive, even Akaki who was the only one who spoke English was really brusk offering no greeting at all. I can honestly say I have no idea how this place has good reviews let alone being rated so highly. Not friendly, not welcoming, not in a good location, dripping tap, broken fixtures, there is zero view unless you get the room with a balcony, if you can't get this one don't bother at all you can find better in the centre of town for the same price. If you venture anywhere else other than your room the whole place is a building site. Probably my biggest let down whilst travelling in Georgia.
