I stayed there twice. The first time I had like an apartment all to myself. Loved it. Second time I had a room next to another room with a shared kitchenette, which is ok but he forgot to inform me so I thought I had an apartment to myself until he walked in unannounced to check in a couple of guys
The hosts were ok but not particularly warm.

Clean bedroom, not far from the supermarkets or restaurants by foot (be ready it's a bit steep). Very good price. Beautiful view from the room, there is a kitchen where you can eat your own breakfast. Very kind host.
Neighbors dogs were barking in the night, but it didn't last too long.

Everything was clean, and the host was very helpful, assisting us in exploring the city and its surroundings. The kitchen was totally separated and the smell of food was not in the room
Unfortunately, the bunk bed was unstable and loose; with the slightest movement of one person, the other person also moves.
