Clean and comfortable with a lovely front garden. Wonderful location that is easy to access. If you ask Beso very nicely he will offer a competitive price to act as your tour guide and driver for a day, taking you to Vardzia and some of the excellent sites around the region. I would highly recommend this.

It's my third time here! The Besarioni family is always welcoming, helpful and hospitable. You immediately feel at home. The house is an historical family house, located in a quite alley with barely no car transit, but very close, only few minutes walking distance, to bus, train station and the center of Borjomi. The room is simple, clean and furnished with care. It's also a great money value. In warm days you can enjoy the sunshine outside facing the relaxing little garden and the mountains. There's also a gorgeous dog named Alpha, which is adorable.

The apartment was clean and tidy, providing a simple but functional space to rest. The location is great — just a few minutes from the city center, making it convenient for exploring the area.

However, if you're traveling in summer, be aware that the property doesn't have air conditioning or even a fan, which might make your stay a bit uncomfortable during hot days.
