Besarioni, great owner, his wife and family, I really felt comfortable!! Everything very clean, the room, the kitchen, and Alpha also is a good dog, very respectful and cute.
Leave the place.

Such a lovely family to stay with. We went for a day trip with Avto to Vardzia who also took us to 2 castles and a monastery. Definitely worth the money for a great day and great company! Don’t be threatened by Alpha the dog, he is a big softie! Great value for money

The apartment was clean and tidy, providing a simple but functional space to rest. The location is great — just a few minutes from the city center, making it convenient for exploring the area.
However, if you're traveling in summer, be aware that the property doesn't have air conditioning or even a fan, which might make your stay a bit uncomfortable during hot days.
