It's our second time staying in the apartment, still warm, cozy, very spacious and equipped with everything needed for a short stay. It's basic, but if basic is what you need, it's great.
There is some noise in the toilet room from the pipes, probably a leak in the toilet tank valve. Not a big issue, but when the door is open, the sound is a bit annyoing.

Все отлично. Комфортно, уютно, чисто.
Как и везде холодный пол, но, видимо, не сезон... В зимний период берите с собой теплые носки, очень помогут.

Квартира очень большая: две основных спальни и одна небольшая дополнительная, плюс кухня-столовая, плюс раздельный санузел, плюс коридор.
В кухне очень много посуды на любые нужды, причем хорошего качества.
Удобное заселение (хозяйка живёт рядом).
Рядом есть несколько небольших магазинов, пекарня.
Красивый вид из окна на реку Мтквари и горы напротив.
Отопление батареями (в квартире тепло).
Не очень удобные кровати (на мой вкус - слишком мягкие матрасы).

Very clean, fully equipped & the lady was really nice ;)
The Apartment was on 3rd floor, but this wasn't a big deal for me.
