Shoka, the host, was very attentive, offered to collect us upon arrival, drove us out to Prometheus’ cave. He took us to his small restaurant at the market where we were served a healthy, hardy breakfast (we pay fog this). The small hostel/hotel is simple, very clean and comfortable with a warm fire in the common area. Shoka makes his own wine and one is able to purchase a bottle for minimal price to enjoy at the end of the day. Located outside the city center, but walkable, it’s a nicd neighborhood in a lovely surrounding. I recommend this location.

The room was a little chilly but the beds covers were warm and beds very comfortable.

You live in the same house with the owners and their wider family so that you feel the local atmosphere. The panoramic view from the terrace is outstanding. Shako and Tamta are willing to make your stay in Kutaisi memorable! We recommend breakfasts and a car tour around the city

The bathroom is really small and the toilet requires some reparations. A barking dog in the yard can be annoying if you want silence, it seems to be there is no strong soundproofing in between different rooms as you hear the other guests

The location and price are good, food is also good (I only tried breakfast there).

Service in general not satisfactory to me. 1.I booked a room with air conditioning. My room doesn’t have air conditioning. 2.Check-in was not smooth. They don’t have a reception. 3.I booked the breakfast at 9:00 next morning. Next morning at 9:00 the food was not prepared. Then I postponed the booking to 10:00. The food was ready at 10:30. 4.The woman host had a bad attitude. She was not very friendly at first, after the breakdown she became hostile to me. Also she was not helpful. When I asked questions she was impatient always.
