Very nice appartment in a good and central location. The host made sure we had a parking space in front of the door. The bathroom was really clean and the bed very comfortable.

We had no access to the WiFi, and the host also did not react to the message we sent her about this.

The 6 of us stayed here for a day and a night after flying in from Budapest at dawn. We are very grateful to the owner who allowed us a very early check-in. Many thanks! The location is great as it is next to the river in downtown historic Kutaisi. We were in a single bedroom apartment and a two bedroom apartment, both having a kitchenette and bathroom. We were very happy about the price and the location from where we could walk to almost all the sites in Kutaisi. We would recomment this place for a short stay.

Sadly the back terrace that overlooks the river is not open to the guests (though the pictures on Booking.com suggest it) as the owner lives in the back apartment, and has to enter through the central apartment to enter her area... a bit awkward. This was a bit of a disspointment, as was her changing the AC setting to 24C at night from the 21C we had set it on... the AC unit is not in the bedroom but the dining area and it has to cool the bedroom from there, why change what the guest has programed?

Bathroom was disappointing. Shower had a 'bar' for a curtain but there was no curtain so the water leaked on the floor up to the toilet. No soap, other than a bottle of liquid soap on the sink. Two bath towels but no other amenities. Small 'kitchen' area. Two old chairs and a small table in the room. The toilet looked like it had overflowed because the inside of the 'bowl' - rim - at the top of the toilet was filthy. I asked to clean it and they did. I shouldn't have asked though. So, if the toilet had overflowed, I assumed that the floor of the shower had not been properly cleaned and sanitized - a disgusting thought. I bought 'some liquid' and cleaned it myself.

The mattresses need to be replaced. The space is quite large, but there is no closet. I would recommend putting one under the TV. The shower is shared with the toilet, so the whole bathroom is always wet. This problem could definitely be solved. Table lamps for the bedside table would also be nice
