Fab flat, great location and staff were brilliant.

The only downside was we had a leak in the bathroom so had to wait for maintenance to come but he was there and resolved the issue there and then and there was some scaffolding work so we couldn't open our blinds as there was workers

in need of update and importantly new mattresses which are well past it. room also needs a proper clean, windows and sills were filthy and didn’t stay open without prepping, and large room need damp issues sorting - absolute shame because amazing location and should be great place to stay with just a little tlc and updating

Well equipped with everything we needed, as we were getting our house rewired we just need some simple, close to home accommodation.

I can't really complain as I'm not that type of person, and the price was good enough to not let anything bother me. The 1 and only issue was the mattress, it needs replacing

Superb

Very accessible to city centre. Flat was a good size and everything needed. Communication with host was fast and efficient. Netflix on TV, fresh towels and beds were comfortable. Nice touch with having tea, coffee, milk and biscuits available in kitchen. Quiet area too and great amenities with a Co-Op and lots of restaurants at Lark Lane a short walk away

Flat could do with a bit of updating, skirting boards were dirty, marks on the walls and lots of dust under radiators. Windows had a lot of dirt on them. WiFi didnt work all weekend really. Kettle was dirty with grease, toaster didn't work. There was an iron but no ironing board.

Location is superb, place is airy and comfortable (AND not freezing, like many places I've stayed), many amenities, including feeling like we just lived in town for a few days. Manager was also very fast to respond and try to help every time I needed it. Building and street quiet, as well, even though Lark Lane is a block away.

Was a great short break for work in the main but always enjoy the friendliness of the city.

Location was ideal. 1 minute walk from Lark Lane for its bars & restaurants. A Mersey Rail Station was only a short walk away. Access to Sefton Park and the Palm House was a perfect.

Excellently located right next to Lark Lane. Very quiet nice residential road. Plenty of on road. parking. Accommodation spacious and suited our needs. Host was excellent and extremely accommodating letting us check in early which was most appreciated.

Cleaner needs to be more thorough. Shower screen wasn’t clean, had soap scum on. Skirting boards filthy which although didn’t really affect our stay, but was a little off putting. You get what you pay for but this place really does need a deep clean. The entrance and stairway were very tatty, again not a massive problem but might put some off. Having said this, it really was excellent value for money.

Great location. On street parking. Good value. Smart TV. Lovely big lounge. Nice bathroom.

Uncomfortable mattresses. Not enough kitchen equipment for 4 and very limited. Take a bottle opener. Only 2 dining chairs? Bit tired decor in places.

The apartment was exactly as described and was perfect placement for an event we were attending. The place was spotless, Great instructions on how to acquire the keys and got lovely and cozy with the heating on over the chilly nights. Thanks for a great stay!

Enjoyable stay in convenient location, good value despite minor niggles.

Fantastic location a stones throw from Lark lane. Good value and spacious apartment. Kitchen was generally clean and reasonably well equipped.

Somewhat tired decor. Could be improved by renewing beds and bedding ( bed was a bit old and springy). It would be nice to have a mirror in the bedrooms. When we arrived the grill pan hadn’t been cleaned and toaster not working.
