Short visit with kids to Millstättersee
Friendly staff, nice little indoor pool area for adults and kids, good location within the nice little town of Millstatt close to the lake.
The food variety for kids could get better, the options are rather limited. The bar area was not always manned so kids who wanted an ice cream had to wait long or look for someone at the reception. The value for money considering everything is not really there comparing it with other hotels in the nearby area for the same visit duration and same time of the year.

The breakfast buffet was exceptional and covered needs of everyone I would say. Also the facilities of this place are amazing. STaff was outstanding.

Kinderfreundlich und tolle Ausstattung
Integrierter Kindergarten und das Personal generell
Keine Fliegengitter in den Zimmern, dadurch wurde meine Frau und Tochter insgesamt 10 Mal in der Nacht gestochen. Offenbar haben manche österreichische Hotels leider die Angewohnheit WCs separat vom Bad zu platzieren. Problem dabei ist, dass man alle Türklinken erst mal mit den ungewaschenen Händen anfassen muss, um zum Waschbecken im Bad zu kommen. Nachts ein absolutes Nogo für mich persönlich. Das macht alles komplizierter, gerade wenn man Kinder dabei hat und diese nicht aufwecken will. Wenn diese 2 Probleme nicht gewesen wären oder man sich nicht daran stört, ist das Hotel sehr gut für einen längeren Aufenthalt.
