We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Nova Bentbaša. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The highlight of our stay was the exceptional service from Hiro and Chenga. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Their customer service was outstanding and really made our stay special.
The only negative was that our room was not cleaned during our 3-night stay. We later found out that room cleaning is done after 3 days, but this wasn't made clear to us when we checked in. Apart from that, everything was excellent.

Quiet location within short distance walking to the Old Town. Perfect scenario by the river.

Room it was clean with enough light inside, location on hotel is acceptable for first time visit of city, hotel is very near to the most attractive things what you planned to visit in city and you don't needed to use car for traveling, personal had high level of hospitality.
For breakfast it will be good to be more full with different type of foods and to exist more solutions.

The staff was extremely friendly, relaxed and always ready to help. The location is excellent, especially for motorcyclists, as the old town is within walking distance. The hotel offers great value for money and made our stay very enjoyable.
The beds were quite firm and the pillows were not comfortable. The cleanliness could be improved, and the breakfast selection was rather limited.
