The house is located on a hillside affording spectacular views over the city. The host upgraded my room, as there were no other concurrent bookings, so I got the room with the best view of the city. The bathroom is clean and modern and better than you usually get with shared bathroom arrangements. I had secure off street parking for my motorcycle. The walk to the city centre is quite reasonable, although the paths are quite steep.
It wasn't super easy to find. Google maps didn't pin point it correctly and the roads leading to it are steep and narrow. Something to keep in mind if you are driving. I would recommend contacting the host in advance of arrival to better guide you to the property (once you know where it is, its ok).

The room was very clean and comfortable. The host was extremely welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. It would be even better if there was a mirror in the room.

I do a lot of online video calls, and I really appreciated the fast and reliable internet. The history was very kind. He provided free coffee and snacks and even drove me to the airport. The location was also nice. It’s on the top of a hill, so that’s something to be aware of if you don’t want to climb, but it’s close to everything and the view is lovely.
No towels. It’s not a big deal, but it is something to be aware of if you plan on staying there, so you can bring your own.

Anche se l'alloggio non è in centro, si trova un po' in alto con una bella veduta della città ed il centro è raggiungibile a piedi con una salita-discesa. Il padrone di casa è molto gentile e disponibile, anche se non parla inglese riesce a comunicare con efficienza con Google Translate.
Metterei asciugamani più grandi.
