It's not our first stay there, we chose it for its central location near the old town, ease of check-in and out.
The rooms are clean, bright and spacious. There were some free parking slots in the surrounding streets, besides a paid parking garage nearby.
The communication with the hosts was easy. They even allowed us a late check-out as our flight was late afternoon.
It's not a big deal, but the water pressure was a little bit low on the upper floor, and there was no complimentary tea or coffee.
The pillows were too low for my neck with no extra pillows there. Others may like it though.

Great location - easy in and out - nice sized rooms and everything worked well (hot water/air conditioning)
Comfortable beds -
Would stay again!
There was an odor from the floor drain in bathroom but placing a towel over it solved the problem.
There were stairs but they were wide and an easy step.
Would stay again!! Sarajevo was amazing!
