It is so central. The staff was so kind, they allowed me to leave my bag at the reception and accommodated my late check in

Few little things like shampoo or towel to lay on the floor while showering could be helpful.

The location is great and just a short walk to the old town. The price can't be beat and the hotel itself was clean, warm, had good wiifi and the staff were friendly and respsonsive. I also found it quite quiet. There is indeed a mosque beside the hotel so you will hear the call to prayer in the early morning, but this is to be expected in such a city and I didn't mind at all. The hotel itself was nice and quiet and overall it was a pleasant stay.

I didn't know it was self check-in and I hadn't received check-in instructions prior to arrival, so I was unable to enter the building when I got there. . I also wasn't able to call or send a message right away, as I didn't have a Bosnian sim card in my phone. so I went into the old town and connected to the open wifi network to message them. Fortunately, I got a response right away and was able to return and got myself checked in. . Everything was fine after that! Just make sure you have the necessary self check-in information before you arrive. The other suggestion I have for the hotel is to put shower curtains around the shower area in the bathroom. The shower worked well and there was plenty of hot water but with no curtain, the water gets everywhere leaving the floor very wet and very slippery. This could pose a hazard if you aren't very careful and don't want to mop up with the same towels you use to dry yourself with.

The employees were very good and solution-oriented people, the rooms were very warm, warm was good on winter days

Cockroaches came out of the room where I stayed, soap, shampoo and shower kits were not available in the toilet, there were not enough towels.
