The two young ladies who were on reception during my stay, and served breakfast, we both absolutely lovely. Very welcoming and very helpful. The breakfast selection was extensive and delicious. It's a lovely cosy hotel, right in the heart of Old Town Sarajevo.
Nothing.

A very convenient hotel, in Sarajevo center. Close to main attraction in Sarajevo. Full of restaurants in the neighborhood. The reception staff were very attentive and lovely.

Great location. Close parking. Good price. Nice hot shower.
The room was small. To turn on and off the lights I had to crawl on the bed. Also my room was on the first floor and the entrance to the hotel door was rather loud.

Location was very close to Old Sarajevo.
Breakfast selection was okay. Towels were very thin, shower head holder was broken.
