It was for only 1 night. the location is great to visit the heart of Sarajevo. the staff was very helpful and kind. perfect location to visit by foot the old Sarajevo.
The location is great but the room a bit noisy at night on friday. Quite normal when it's the week end and in the center of a vibrant place. May be the breakfast can have more options. but overall nothing special to mention that we did't like.

The bathroom was sometimes not working well but it was just a detail.

The location is perfect. Within 30 seconds of leaving the bus, and close to everything. The staff are so accommodating and attentive. Cleaned every day ( I was only there for a few nights, so I had to tell them not to clean my room). Comfortable bed with a view onto the main street.
No coffee facilities in the room (but they do have it behind the reception desk, you just have to ask for it).

Location was prime. A great spot to explore the old town of Sarajevo. I loved the kindness of our host family.
The bathroom, the lack of cleanliness in the cabinets. I did not like that the hotel locks the door at midnight and therefore the guests have to be back before midnight.
