• Location is absolutely unbeatable – literally next to Baš Čaršija • Room is spacious, the bed is comfy and everything is very clean • Even though it’s in the centre and on a busy street, the place is incredibly well sound-proofed • The owner is very helpful and kind – the list of restaurant/café recommendations was perfect (especially Mrvica for amazing breakfast!) • There is a code-protected room for luggage, which is a nice touch • The owner helped us with parking for 30 KM per day just steps away from the apartment

• A card payment option (or prepayment) would be amazing since all ATMs in Sarajevo charge outrageous commission for withdrawals • More towel hangers in the bathroom :) This place is perfect!

The host is very friendly and hospitable and easy to reach whenever I had a question. She even gave me great recommendations for activities. The hotel is perfectly located in the Old Town, yet there was no noticeable noise from outside. The room and bathroom are very clean and beautifully designed, made with high-quality materials. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked perfectly. When my neighbours were noisy at night, she reminded them the next day to be more considerate. I really appreciated this. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back if I visit in Sarajevo again!
