Super convenient location at the top of Baščaršija, well-air-conditioned, and very friendly and helpful staff
Very small lobby area that wasn't attended a lot of the time, but wasn't a huge deal for only a night and given its excellent location

Right in the centre of old town- great location. Clean and comfortable place. Small fridge in room and hairdryer. Next door to the owners bakery. He was very friendly.

we paid with credit card via booking.com and they insisted that we had to pay it again in cash, because booking doesn’t work for them. we didn’t pay extra but it was very unpleasant.
