Residence Mahala - Boutique Stay Near Old Town

Everything was clean, the structure has all the basic needs and a parking for two cars, that you can rent. Air conditioning was present in the room and the communication with the owners was easy

The lights in the room were very low, and the pictures didn't represent It clearly - It was smaller and darker, I found It a little cramper. The balcony was not intended for being private nor smoking. I understand why, It Is kind of a hall of the floor, but It was not what i read on the site.

This place was exceptional and unexpected, i had a very pleasant stay and comfortable. I like how they care about cleanliness, everything was clean. They were extremely nice people and i would definitely stay again if i come to Sarajevo again

They advertise with private parking (which is 10 euros), when you book they tell you there is limited availability and you end up having to look for a parking close by, prices there are a rip off

There was nothing wrong with the room, it was nice and clean, however a shower curtain is missing (everything in the bathroom gets wet) but the service was absolutely not top notch. We were received by the owner's mother, who speaks no English, which was a little difficult. We did not get the room we had booked, we got the smallest double room but had booked a Deluxe 3 bed room. We didn't say anything to the mother as it was a bit confusing that she couldn't communicate with us, so we wrote a message via Booking.com - we're still waiting for a reply. The next day I wrote a message about payment, no reply either. One morning we met the mother, who tried to tell us that we had been given the wrong room. She then called the son (the owner) and he said: I have to look into that, I asked if he couldn't look into it right away. He asked to have the mother back - she nodded, so when I paid I expected a reduction in the price but no. We were absolutely not happy to pay for something we did not get, therefore we will not recommend this place.
