So we booked the very last minute because the apartment we would have stayed at originally was unbearable and still got a room, the price was cheap and comfortable. I would recommend

It was the perfect location, right by town, but across the river and so peaceful. The staff was kind and everything was perfect! Also a bonus, it was close to the gondola too! I didn't realize that until I got there. Also, the bus 103 stops right by the room, so it's super easy to get from the airport to the room!

Close to centre, comfortable bed
No signage at all, I didn't know if I had the right place and was about to leave and book a different place until a guy turned up. He spoke no English but was helpful in finding me money.
Biggest issue was the single shared bathroom was also the only toilet. At 8.30 in the morning the wait could be very long. Let's just say I was happy to have an empty water bottle handy!
