Great value for money! These apartments are perfect for independent travelers who don’t need daily housekeeping or towel changes. There’s a lovely little garden with wild strawberries, and the location is very convenient: just a 5-minute walk from a street full of restaurants for every taste. There’s also a small grocery shop just a couple of minutes away, and within 10 minutes you can reach larger supermarkets with a great selection. Tina, the host, welcomed us on arrival and was very friendly. There is also a metro station about 10 minutes away, making it easy to get to the more touristy parts of the city. We came from Barcelona with our dog because we wanted to get him away from the Sant Joan fireworks, which he is absolutely terrified of. The area turned out to be very quiet and peaceful, even though there was also a music festival taking place during our stay.

It was a little hot in the apartment during the day, as there is only a fan and no air conditioning. However, we happened to visit during a heatwave, when it was 38°C outside, so it was hot everywhere. The internet was also a bit weak, but still usable overall.

POUR notre 2e séjour à cet endroit tout était parfait accueil, propreté, emplacement très au calme avec de la verdure, proximité de tout , Très bon contact avec Tina et accueil très chaleureux avec Karima toujours à l'écoute et prète à nous rendre service

Confort moyen literie à revoir, porte toilette salle de bain à sécuriser, vaisselle usagée, l'été doit être agréable, mais en période semi hivernale moyen. WIFI très difficile d'accès.
