Cleanliness
No Air conditioning We stayed in Aug were temperatures were high even during evening . It is unbearable to rest especially with kids. This point should be clearly advertised

The location was excellent, the apartment was large, with all the facilities you need, trams at the end of road take you into town in minutes, but a 5 minute walk to the promenade is the seller,

It was exceptionally clean and the location was good.
The mattresses were so uncomfortable that we all had backache after one night. There wasn’t enough bed linen or shower gel/shampoo etc provided for 4 guests. We were all cold despite turning the heating up. No washing up liquid/basic kitchen ingredients or even a bottle of water included.
