La situació, la decoració i l'encant de l'apartament. Està a prop de forns, bars i restaurants i a 15 minuts a peu de la majoria de museus i edificis interessants.
Per dir qualque cosa, el matalàs perquè és de molles i preferim un altre material més còmode.
