la posizione dell'alloggio molto facile da raggiungere dalla Stazione Centrale dei treni e molto vicino al centro della città, servizi come metro, bus e tram comodi per ogni soluzione per visitare la citta.

Die Lage des Apartments ist sehr gut: zentral, sicher und es gibt viele Restaurants und Bars in der Nähe. Auch war der Zutritt unkompliziert organisiert, sogar mit Erklärvideo!
Leider gab es deutliche Einschränkungen. Der angepriesene Parkplatz war nicht verfügbar. Nach dem Lesen anderer Rezensionen entsteht der Eindruck, dass dies häufiger vorkommt und der mietbare Parkplatz eher ein Lockangebot ist. Das empfohlene Parkhaus ist zwar nah und sicher, aber sehr teuer.
Auch beim Thema Wäsche scheint es kein Einzelfall zu sein: Beim Betreten lief noch Wäsche des Vorgängers in der Waschmaschine im EcoProgramm, weitere hing nass auf dem Wäscheständer im Zimmer. Dadurch war die Luftfeuchtigkeit hoch und es roch muffig. Die verwendete Bettwäsche/Handtücher haben auch muffig gerochen.
Gute Lage, aber klarer Verbesserungsbedarf bei Parkplatzkommunikation, Reinigung und Wäscheorganisation (Trockner?).
