Overpriced and disappointing

Good location with view of Riomaggiore and the sea.

The building smells overwhelmingly of damp as soon as you enter. It smells as if you have walked into a very damp basement. It is not as overpowering in the apartment but it is still very noticeable. It made our stay uncomfortable and we decided to leave the property after one night. We did not feel like we were breathing in clean or fresh air. The view does not make up for the fact that the area is very noisy. The bathroom needs a deep clean.

A beautiful room in a magic location!

I loved the design of the room, it was beautiful in all ways and the location was amazing. It was magic to be right in the harbor and have a balcony there. The room had everything you need and Riccardo was so helpful during the stay. It was a very enjoyable stay!

I missed having a parasol on the balcony. Without it, it is hard to there when the sun is high. It could potentially also be better with some softer lamps, specially in the bathroom.

Excellent views from Balcony ideally located

The room was in a position very central to the area. The view from the balcony was SUNsational. It was better than the photos suggested. The room was a nice size; not cramp. The bathroom was large and clean. Ricardo the host was very helpful, meeting us at the train station to guide us to our room.

I wish there were some plates and cutlery in the room.

Enjoyable and Comfortable Property

We traveled with another couple and loved the RioMaggiore location and this property. We were able to ask questions ahead of time and reach the property with help from Riccardo. We received clear instructions and recommendations for dinner, etc.. Clean and well-appointed rooms. Comfortable beds. One of our rooms had a balcony that provided a view of the water...super nice benefit. Our rooms overlooked an active yet quieter street, which was nice. We can recommend this property.

The location was good. The view was excellent but we were disappointed that we did not book the one with a balcony. The host Riccardo was very helpful.

The steep flight of stairs as you enter. Would advise a hand rail be placed for safety.

Beautiful, clean, spacious stay with the best view

The space is beautiful, well furnished and has a beautiful balcony with the best view. We had the most amazing time in Cinque Terre and Ricardo’s place and hospitality was amazing. He was so helpful and kind, the space was very clean and we had daily service which surprised us. Highly recommend- we loved it.

Lovely appointed room and bathroom, with balcony over looking the stunning harbour. Spotlessly clean. Good communication with Ricardo prior to arriving. He met us from the train station and gave us loads of recommendations. 2 min walk from train station.

Relaxing stay with a view

Comfy & spacious room at an excellent location. The property is close to the train station and doesn’t require walking up much stairs at all. The room had all the amenities we needed and the room had a great view, facing the marina. The hotel staff was very helpful & friendly, he helped us get to the hotel and gave is some recommendations.

It was perfect!! Location was in the heart of town with amazing water views!! Ricardo met us at the train so we had no problem finding the place. He had recommendations for us re restaurants and activities and transportation. The room was spacious and immaculate.

Accomodation exceeded our expectations, highly recommended if staying in Cinque Terre area.

Location was perfect, pictures on booking.com were exactly what we received. Host arranged to meet us at the railway station and assisted to take bags to apartment prior to check in (11.00am)so we could sightsee while room was being cleaned.

Location was amazing, easy to get to from the train and had amazing views of Riomaggiore. I also really appreciated Riccardo! very helpful and communicative. Amenities were more than I expected- hairdryer and shower worked perfectly, complimentary drinks, easy to use AC and TV. The apartment is quiet and clean.
