Great Location, Great Stay

Very good location, close to the ski resort (5 min drive by car), beautiful and new facility, beautiful spacious apartment, friendly owner. We enjoyed it very much and we highly recommend the rental to everyone👍.

Simply, it was perfect.

The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is beautiful. Mrs. Roza was extremely helpful. Breakfasts exceeded our expectations, as did the transfer to and from the ski resort. Credit goes to Mr. Lorenzo and his wife from 3 Mision. He was simply unique, always ready to help. A simply wonderful person. The parking space is also very good with a garage.

I have no comments regarding shortcomings.

Nice apartment in Avouil, five minutes from Cervinia

The apartment is convenient and very clean. It is a bit of a maze to get there through the corridors, going up and down the stairs. It's not great if you have heavy luggage. The facilities in the apartment are perfect, only the beds are not the most comfortable. The indoor parking garage is very convenient. Avouil is five minutes by car from Cervinia. You can also walk in 20 minutes. We took our ski equipment to the ski depot in Maison Carrel, but in hindsight, this was a mistake. It's smarter to rent a locker close to the slopes and not take it with you in the car back and forth to the apartment. Olga was a great host. Communication with her via WhatsApp was fast and convenient.

The flat is comfortable, spacious nicely decorated, warm and well equipped. I particularly liked the big bath towels. The lady who showed me around at arrival was very helpful.

Be aware of stairs if you have mobility problems as no elevator.

Superb

Modern, warm, comfortable and overall clean apartment 5 min drive from the ski lifts. As a family we appreciated spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, laundry machine, covered parking, seamless wifi (streaming video without problems). The living room has two beds (one transforms into two beds), the bedroom has a double bed with a view on Matterhorn. This is a corner apartment and there are balconies on two sides of it. In the summer you should be able to have breakfast or drinks on the balcony enjoying a beautiful mountain view. We used onsite spa (€35 per person) which is a big bonus after a long day skiing in the cold. It has a dry sauna, a wet sauna, contrasting showers and a spacious relaxation area. To drive to the ski lift from the property, take the right turn as you exit into the main road at the ENI gas station, then first left. You will take a back road to the lift parking area. Alternatively you can take left from the ENI gas station, pass the tunnel, and go up from the main roundabout in the town of Cervinia. This road will have a bit more traffic and pedestrians crossing in the town in front of the main roundabout. The staff was always responsive and helpful.

The bathroom had a bit of mold on the tiles, but the property manager cleaned it the same day when we reported the problem. Thank you. At this price we would have appreciated a bath tub in the apartment, but it is what it is. The advertised GPS coordinates are a bit off, but you just follow the road, cross the small bridge and arrive at the property. Aim “Les Maisones Des Alpes”.

Tranquillità silenzio e montagna vera. A differenza dei palazzoni di Cervinia questa casa sa ancora dei tempi di Carrel ma con i confort odierni. Vista impagabile del Cervino dal balcone.

La mancanza dell'ascensore quando si arriva con le valigie, ma eravamo stati avvisati.
