Great place to relax near the city

Parking was convenient, the room was tidy and comfortable, and check-in was easy. The pool was amazing! The location made it easy to reach Dubrovnik, while still being peaceful - exactly what we were looking for. We would definitely come back again.

A nice apartment and very good value for Dubrovnik, but needs a little work.

It's a great little apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location isn't brilliant, but you can walk down the hill for 5 minutes to a bus stop, where you can get the 1B bus to the centre of Dubrovnik old town. It takes about 25-30 minutes to get there, and costs 2.5 euros per person in June 2025. The hosts are fantastic and very helpful. They allowed us to cancel our original booking free-of-charge because our ferry from Italy was cancelled, which was really nice of them.

The shower curtain is too short and allows water to flood the bathroom, which is very inconvenient. The fridge door isn't attached properly, so it sometimes comes off it's hinges. There is no curtain between the bedroom and the living room, so too much light entering the apartment in the morning makes for a poor night's sleep. The Wi-Fi reception was very poor during our stay.

Nice studio near the city center

The interaction with the owner. Very nice and helpful lady also the mother who gave the key, very polite and nice person.The location was good, near the bus stop 1 B taking you to the city center in 20 min. Note there are stairs going up and down from the appartment to the bus stop or the little supermarket near it. Free parking spot in front of the appartment or public parking above the appartment also for free. The appartment (studio) itself was a bit strange as there was no window at all, only a door opening to a patio overlooking the parking. Washing machine , kitchen with all you needed to do basic cooking.No micro. Towels are provided. Tv but only 1 Chanel.

No window. The floor was not cleaned well (or not at all maybe?!) there was dust on the floor everywhere. For the rest all ok and nice. Thank you!

Very responsive and helpful host, she gave us all necessary information for visiting Dubrovnik. The bus was to the old town was very convenient, on time. Good facilities in the apartment, including the washing machine: it was great to have it when traveling in summer.

Location was perfect for visiting Dubrovnik with a vehicle (parking in the city itself is next to impossible). Easy to get a bus there and back from the property. The apartment was perfect and great value for money. They even threw in a couple of beers :D

A stay with all convenience needed and very personal and helpful host!

This apartment has all you need for a long and short stay. Parkinglot in front of your doorstep, and a very frequent bus to the city center of Dubrovnik less than a 5 minutes walk from the apartment. Our host Josipa and her parents are amazingly quick, kind and flexible in all the variety of questions and needs that we had during our stay. We will be returning home to our countries for a short time and we already decided to return to Josipa and her parents when we come back! Definitely recommended for everyone who doesn’t want to stay in the old city center of Dubrovnik!

The place is very comfortable. It was outside of Dubrovnik but the bus station was 100 meters away. We had a very good orientation and information from the landlord.

Predvsem so nam bili všeč lastniki, ki smo jih tudi spoznali v živo, ter se z njimi super podružili. Bazen je bil lepo presenečenje, apartma je čist ter urejen in ima vse potrebno. Tudi komunikacija z lastniki je bila odlična - pred prihodom sva dobila vsa navodila na Watsapp.

Glede na to, da sva bila samo eno noč, težko odgovoriva na to vprašanje, ker je za najine potrebe bil apartma popoln.
