Nice location, clean and spacious room.

The hotel is really nice and clean. The owners are very friendly. The room is spacious and the bathroom is good the only downside in the bathroom is quite a small shower space and the water the running down from the shower does not properly drain the water that kind leaving the bathroom completely wet. The breakfast is good but could be better with a proper buffet tray to keep it warm. It's basic options but enough to be feed in the morning Location is perfect you can reach the beach in 5 to 10minutes walking. Plenty of restaurants and fast food places just outside the hotel. Really good value for money. I will highly recommend this accommodation.

Well located apartment smack in the middle of everything.

The host family is really friendly and the apartment is smack in the middle of some the town, close to delicious restaurants, several small supermarkets and just a 5 min walk from one of the beaches.

The apartment was missing a few essentials for an "Airbnb" style stay where people are living, a clean sponge, dish towels and dish soap should always be provided and some tupperware as well so the guest can cook and store their food.

The pillows could be more comfortable. And a bit more variation in the breakfast options. But these are minors.

Would stay here again if returning to Ksamil

- Right in the city centre, or at least a populated street in the evenings - Everything within walking distance - Really friendly staff - Diverse breakfast: vegetables, cheese, eggs, sausage, pancakes or waffles, croissants, jam - Very easy to reach (flat) private parking spot - Close to the beaches

- Bathroom was a bit on the small side - A bit of noise from the populated street entered through the bathroom window, which was pretty much only shutters and not an actual closable window

The room is clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly. The hotel is near the beach. Many restaurants are around it. The hotel owner is very kind; they are always willing to help whenever I ask. The breakfast is Basic but satisfying. By the way, you must try the traditional Albanian dessert Trileçe made by the hostess – it was absolutely delicious and unforgettable!

Lucky to find it!

Lovely room, perfect location, great breakfast. Owners are super friendly and helpful. Walking distance to the beaches and lots of good restaurants around. Also very close to the bus stop to go to Sarande. We booked it for 2 nights and later wanted to stay 2 more nights but it was not available. Book it quickly if you see it!

Overall okay, but didn’t live up to the expectations.

Very friendly host (do not hesitate to ask him for help parking your car), central location, big balcony.

The bathroom was a downgrade compared to the pictures, the rest of the room looked quite similar to them. The bed was so squeaky, we could not get a good night’s sleep. We also expected more from the breakfast based on the pictures, the quality wasn’t great. Due to the central location, there was a lot of noise and loud music at night.

Great location and excellent breakfast!

The property was very well located near the main part of town, only a few minutes walk from the beach. The breakfast was excellent and staff friendly. The room had a decent amount of space good aircon and a balcony and we enjoyed our stay.

The parking was ok but not enough space for all guests, cars being parked in and keys left with staff to manage comings and goings. We found a park down the street but it was pretty tight.

Excellent and worthwhile vila to stay in Ksamil

The apartment was very well equipped. Everything what you need for staying. Everyday cleaning is amazing. Breakfast are very good. Not so big variety, however always served some highlights from the hosts, e.g sandwiches with avocado, or croissants with strawberries. The hosts are very kind and hospital

What i personally did not like was a noise. There is a lot of bars around where music was loud till midnight. It’s absolutely ok for resorts, but be aware when traveling with kids. Internet was too slow.

Lovely stay with great breakfast

Hotel is in a great location. Short walk to number of beaches and right in the centre of bars and restaurants. The room was large with a huge balcony with a seaview. Spotlessly clean. Breakfast was Amazing! Changed daily and lots of choice.

Our television did not work in our room, after asking 4 times we gave up on asking further for it to be fixed. Air conditioning unit was very noisy.

Perfect location for our stay in Ksamil.

Villa White was perfect for our stay in Ksamil. Close to the beach and the beach bars, restaurants, markets and to Butrint. Parking was super easy and the breakfast was delicious. The apartment was very clean and comfortable (big balcony) and our hosts made sure that we enjoyed ourselves a lot. Highly recommended.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The place was very clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. The staff, especially one gentleman, was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. The location is also excellent—just a five-minute walk to the city center, making it easy to get wherever you want. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

The host family is very friendly and always there when you need them. The rooms are so clean and sunny and inviting. We had a very comfortable bed and and a nice room with a balcony where you can hang up your beach towels (provided by Villa White) and sit to relax. Delicious breakfast, good coffee and there are a lot of surrounding restaurants. We tried Momento and Black Pearl which were both good. You are in the heart of Ksamil close to the beach. There's a piano for you to play in case the music from the surrounding bars is still not enough for your taste. Butrint is very close and definitely worth a visit.

Ksamil is a lively place and will be full in summer. In case you look for solitude, go somewhere else.

Central location

Central location with bars and restaurants nearby. We did have a balcony but unfortunately we also had rain so sitting outside wasn't possible. This hotel suited us for a two night stay. The private car park was good and useful as the hotel is in the centre of town. Breakfast was plentiful and eggs served differently on both days.

The location of the Villa is perfect, a short walk from the main beaches, restaurants, and many shops. The staff were incredibly friendly and always available to assist with any requests. The room itself was spotless and had all the necessities. The breakfast is a delightful bonus. Good Wifi. Good value for the money overall.

Such friendly owners! Their café with delicious juices and healthy food was perfect. Location couldn’t be better (few hundred meters from the best beaches but without noise). So nice and clean. Rooms cleaned daily. Spacious rooms.

The villa is in a nice area in Ksamil. Restaurants, supermarkets and bars just around the corner. The nicest beaches of Ksamil are in short walking distance. Parking lot directly at the apartment. The hosts were very friendly and helpful with any requests. (provided beach towels etc.)

The apartment was ok. The bed could be bigger for two people and some kitchen essentials were missing. The wifi was pretty weak. There was still lots of season preparation work going on in and outside the villa. So maybe we just came a bit early in the season.
