Fantastic

We had an amazing stay here. The house is in a beautiful location. It is set apart with stunning views (we saw the northern lights from the house!), is a short walk from the beach (and a gorgeous coastal walk) and yet is only a short drive from Leknes (the Lofoten Bakeri is incredible). It’s a great base from which to explore Lofoten. The house is full of charm. It is really comfortable (including the beds), fully equipped, the lay out is convivial and practical and the host is super nice and helpful. I highly recommend it.

Beautiful house with very nice view, and all the amenities one could wish for!

This house is a little up the hill along a secondary road, which makes it a bit secluded but not remote. The view right from the living room and bedroom is very nice. The place is very comfortable with electric wall heaters and very nice interior design. There is everything in the kitchen that one could wish for. The whole space is very spacious and it was spotless and clean! The only downside for the view is the rather strong light of the farm between the house and Vik beach, spoiling the view a little at night.

Sitting along that secondary road which leads across the little pass from Vik beach towards Leknes, the wind from the ocean was funnelled quite a bit and snow draft was strong. Together with the snow from the snow plow clearing the road across the pass, I was digging out my car and the driveway a few times. But asking the owner for help, she had the local farmer clear the driveway within not more than one hour. Excellent service!

Cozy school house with magnificent view

Cozy and comfortable old school building with high ceilings and lots of light, very well equipped and great view. Ideally situated to explore Vestvagoya and Flakstadoya. Few minute drive to Leknes, one hour drive each to Svolvær and Reine.

Owner was very nice, contact very easy. The house is really big with plenty of space. The view and short distance to Haukland beach is great.

There are not really any possibilities to darken the sleeping rooms. So don't forget your sleeping mask during midsummer season.

Ein wundervoller Ort

Die Lage ist wunderbar und bei schönem Wetter unbeschreiblich schön, fahrt hin und überzeugt euch selbst 😊 Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich. Es ist genügend Platz (vier Personen). Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen 🤗

Etwas schwierig war die Beleuchtung über dem Esstisch. Wir haben viel Karten gespielt, da fehlte abends etwas helleres Licht, da die Wandleuchte nicht funktionierte und eine vorhandene Stehlampe leider auch nicht. Die Steckdosensituation in der Küche haben wir, um den Wasserkocher und den Toaster anzustecken, mit einer Verteilersteckdose gut in den Griff bekommen, es war alles zu finden. Es sind zwei große Schränke und Kommoden vorhanden, diese sind allerdings mit diversem Zeug voll, sodass wir die Kleidung im Koffer lassen mussten, schade.

Ett drömhus

Sköna sängar, kuddar och täcken, enastående vy, rent och väl utrustad hus. Härlig atmosfär, en gammal skolbyggnad. Promenadaavstånd till en mysig strand. Grannen har dessutom får och kossor som betar bredvid huset ❤️

Gräset runt utebordet kunde ha kanske varit klippt men funkade för oss oavsett. Vi trampade på lite gräset själva så gick det sitta där, äta och njuta av vyer.

1.主臥室的天窗沒有拉簾，所以永晝住宿時，晚上要在日光下睡覺，不理想。 2.收費有高額清潔費，但要求住宿結束後，需自行移除床單、枕套並放置浴室、清潔各式用具及歸位。
