There was only 3 employees, and they are super friendly! the receptionist, the waitress, the cook.

Modern & central location

Staircase very steep with narrow alternating step treads ( more like a ladder!) Bathroom not on same level as bedrooms, Kitchen was very basic with very small fridge, no microwave, no freezer etc, No storage area in bedrooms for clothes or bags - although would be very difficult to get bags up the steep stairs Wall between 2 apartments very thin and could easily hear neighbours We had enquired about Electric car charger in advance only to find out the charger at our apartment didn’t work There are only 2 other car chargers at main building & 1 was blocked by car parked at an incorrect angle when we arrived at night & wanted to use. Suggest need way to manage/ monitor so these issues can be resolved. Also need more chargers given remoteness

Perfect escape in an absolutely picturesque location, great food and facilities!

Secluded location, great private apartment with all the necessities - we loved cooking! Facilities for sauna, jacuzzi, and food were perfect (cinnamon buns, carrot ginger soup, and pizza all delicious) -accessible and not busy! Staff was kind and cool.

Nothing! It was perfect, even with rainy weather still such a cozy and nice place to be. Would be amazing with sunny, beach weather.

We loved staying in this little cabin! First of all, Unstad is a magical village and we were right in the mix. Able to walk anywhere we needed. The cabin itself was very clean, well decorated and comfortable. Super cute loft bedroom. The surf resort has a fantastic restaurant and truly the best cinnamon buns.

Warm, welcoming and a ‘home away from home’.

The location was fantastic, easy access to everywhere (need a car), but hidden away in a quiet little village. The room was cosy and is only serviced upon request, which gave it a true ‘home away from home’ experience. The facilities are modern and you have everything you need. Marion and her staff are exceptional. They did not hesitate to help from ‘how to light a fire’ to ‘restoring a flat tire’ and made you feel part of their family straight away. We cannot wait to stay again on our next holiday.

only thing I would modify would be stairs to second floor that were hard to negotiate kind of like a ladder- I dropped a suitcase. i woukd also suggest adding a kettle and small sharp knife to the kitchen and increasing the heat of the shower. otherwise fabulous place!

Where to start. We have saw one document long time a go about this place at it has been my dream to visit this extremely unique spot. It was more then I expected. You feel you are in soul of nature. Fantastic,friendly and super nice staff give us straight big welcome,we order pizza and taste was super. We stayed room with jacuzzi and sauna, evening sunset melt our hearts. We walked to the beach, climbed up to mountain. This place is something everyone should experience once in a life time. Experience what we will never forget! This place you feel like home thanks to people who created this together

Cosy and modern cabin with Scandi feeling. amazing mountain view. super comfy bed. Good sauna and jacuzzi. Good kitchenette, speaker and candles nice touch. girls working there friendly and suggested some hikes.

our hot water wasn’t working until day 2, rang the owner who wasn’t too friendly & made us feel like an inconvenience, but the girls working there were lovely and helpful. Restaurant/reception closed at 4pm which we weren’t aware of on day 1 (must be off-season) poor wifi. Dirty dishes in dishwasher. Had to start the fire for the sauna ourselves.

Magical gem in Lofoten!

Marion and Tommy offered a warm welcome and magical stay. They made sure I had everything I needed. The sauna was a special sanctuary through with all the snow and lots of wood for the sauna. The penthouse room was lovely with a view where I could see Aurora from the bed. I look forward to visiting again!

Superb apartment in a great location

We had a spacious two bedroom apartment with a private jacuzzi and a sauna on the balcony facing north. Unfortunately the weather was bad and we could not see the sun all day or night but can't blame that on the hotel. It was still fun and relaxing to sit on the hot tub in the rain after the day's hiking. Breakfast was great, ordered from the menu, not a buffet. Service was exceptional. We ordered takeaway supper in the last minute before the kitchen closed and they brought it to our apartment and also some leftover barbecue for out dog for free.

A very relaxed atmosphere with very friendly staff which always has a short time for a conversation and a smile. A holiday destination, whether short or long, for something special. Not only great for surfers.

Being a Surfer walking distance to the Surf plus having a Hot tube & Sauna after a Surf was great to get warm again. Super nice place to Chill & relax.
