Not what we expected

The backyard and scenery was beautiful

There were a lot of restrictions set by the owners - couldn't use the heaters in the house. We were told to dave electricity. Someone even came into the house while my husband went to the shop, they came in to put off the lights. We dont like coming home to a dark house. Hence, we left a light on, but when we returned, it was obvious someone was in the house and turned it off. There were more than once that the place was entered when we were not there. It was a very unsettling

Liz & Karl were very friendly hosts. They made sure we had everything we needed and were always on hand. The cottage was very clean and comfortable with every amenity you could wish for. The location was perfect for exploring Southern Ireland. Totally relaxing and peaceful. Would highly recommend.

Relaxing Break

The host Liz and her family were very welcoming. The house had everything we needed and the garden was breathtaking. The double bed was so comfortable Would thoroughly recommend this house to friends and family. It was one of the most relaxing breaks I have had in a long time.

It was a dream vacation that makes you wish you could live in that place forever.

It has everything you want and even more. The view exceeds any expectation, you feel how you disconnect from daily worries. The house has everything you need and everything is very clean. It is our dream house. The hosts are very nice, although almost invisible during our stay, but ready to solve any problem that may arise.

Small but lovely, amazing views of the mountains!!

everything was crisp and clean. it’s cozy and very, very comfortable. The views were amazing!!! looking out the back sliding door, it’s just so beautiful.

I thought this was a stand alone house in the valley but it’s attached to another house and has a house *right next door. I missed having a fireplace and the kitchen/living room is very tiny but it was still comfy.

Very well laid out. The gardens were very beautiful. Well appointed, with all the comforts you could require. Beautiful building. Really pleasant hosts, more than happy to assist in any way they could.

Beds were a bit hard, nothing an overlay wouldn't fix. Stove top did not work, 10 min just to melt butter in the fry pan and never got any hotter. The mat at the back door slipt badly on the beautiful polished floor.

Enjoyed our stay and hopefully we'll go back again

The accommodation was self catering which suited us, the location was ideal as we were attending a wedding in the area. Our hosts have left nothing to chance - we didn't have to ask for anything, our cottage was fully equipped, we couldn't ask for better accommodation, we really enjoyed ourselves and only wished we could have stayed longer.

Lovely extra touches ,baby cot made up , kids sheets on the kiddies bed ,pushed into the wall for safety ... Christmas tree and decorations up, Heating on when we arrived as it was late , So thoughtful and great when staying with young kids.

Great property

The rooms were as described, even nicer than the photos. Lots of space and comfortable couch in the living area with Sky plus which was great. Lovely area to sit out the back. The beds were very comfortable. The house was clean and had everything we needed. There was also a Christmas tree and decorations as we stayed there on Christmas which was a nice touch. Will definitely book this place again.

Perfect little get away home….

Everything you need for a stay away from home - washer, dryer, dish washer, sky sports / movies, deep bath, beautiful large garden, easy to find, to name a few. Booked it based on high rating - now I am adding to it. The owners have thought of everything.

This was a great place to stay, and I highly recommend it.

The location is very beautiful, close to many local attractions. The house itself is very comfortable, with generous size bedrooms, bathroom and living area, and lovely outdoor deck and garden.
