-location, quiet area -dog friendly -big balcony, nice view -next to the beach -walking paths

-too soft mattress for our taste - would prefer blackout curtains or blinds, but this time of year (late sept.) early or late sun in not such problem anymore

I'm definitely going back!

Very clean, fantastic location about 120m from a lovely beach. Rovinj close enough to walk to, but away from the mass tourism. Every appatment has a sea view balcony. Nicola very friendly. Checked a couple of times to make sure everything was OK.

Absolutely nothing regarding the appartement. The Beach bar close by has a lovely location and the food was OK, so long as you actually got it. On my first night they forgot to pass my order on to the kitchen and I waited an hour before I realised they had actually closed the kitchen. Service not great.

Great location, just a few minutes away from beach. Spacious appartment with great balcony, peacefull at night. Very nice owners. Kitchen equipped for cooking.

Gerne wieder

Es hat alles gepasst. Bequeme Matratze im Bett, in der Küche war alles da, was man braucht, es gab sogar Spülmittel, Schwamm, Müllbeutel und Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach. Im Bad gab es Handseife. Auf dem überdachtem Balkon sollte man ein Mückenspray parat haben, der Blick auf das Meer durch die Bäume hindurch ist aber wunderschön. Die Vermieterin war auch sehr nett. Die nahe Lage zum Strand ist super.

Persönlicher Empfang, geräumig und sauber, ruhige Lage nahe an der Bucht gegenüber Rovinj,

durchgelegene Matratzen, Vermieterin wohnt im Haus, verhält sich aber nicht sehr freundlich
