No sea view! Smelly bed linen and towels. Noisy all day. Not relaxing.
There was no sea view - the photo and information was misleading. The bed linen and towels were old and tired and had been left in the washing machine too long and smelled nasty. There was no soap, salt or pepper or anything to make self catering easy. It was very noisy all day due to foot traffic right outside the window which felt very intrusive.

Appartamento romantico nel cuore di Rovigno
Posizione fantastica, nel cuore della città vecchia di Rovigno. Dalla finestra c'è una vista straordinaria su un bellissimo albero di fico e sul mare. Molto comoda a tutte le principali attrazioni della città (5 minuti a piedi dall Duomo di Santa Eufemia, dal porto e dalla Spiaggia del Monte). Molto bella l'intonacatura interna, che valorizza le pietre antiche con cui la casa è stata costruita. Anche lo stile dell'arredamento aiuta a immergersi nella storia e nella vita di Rovigno. Ottimi gli infissi, che, se pur molto caratteristici, consentono un ottimo isolamento acustico durante la notte. L'appartamento è inoltre provvisto di tutti i servizi essenziali per cucinare, nonché di un bagno funzionale. Comoda la presenza del condizionatore, nonostante sia possibile comunque arieggiare l'appartamento semplicemente tenendo spalancate le finestre.
Purtroppo la città è poco provvista di parcheggi gratuiti, ma grazie ai suggerimenti della proprietaria siamo riusciti a trovare un ottimo compromesso, parcheggiando a circa 15 minuti a piedi dalla struttura.

Alles bestens - Buchung, Lage, Vermieter (Fragen wurden alle rasch beantwortet),...
Lage kann nicht besser sein, Appartement bietet alles, was man braucht (ausser einer richtigen Kaffeemaschine - es gibt eine Bialetti). Trotz Türcode wurden wir erwartet, da es nicht ganz einfach ist, herauszufinden, welches das richtige Appartement ist.

Es war ein toller Urlaub!
Die Lage ist fanstastisch - ein paar Schritte und wir waren direkt im Geschehen - egal ob Sonnenuntergang oder Lokale :-) Das Zimmer war wirklich schön, haben uns auch noch die anderen beiden Zimmer angesehen und auch die waren echt toll! Die Vermieterin ist jederzeit zu erreichen und sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sie spricht auch gut deutsch. Wir kommen wieder!
Die Parkplatzsituation ist etwas mühsam. Aber mit einem Bollerwagen zum Transport war alles kein Problem.
