We are extremely satisfied with the service of these apartments. It is easy to find and there is private parking, which makes everything much easier. Communication with the agency was successful and they responded to every inquiry politely and helped. The apartment has everything you need, the kitchen had a stove, glasses, plates, pots and a toaster. The value for money is excellent because other apartments offered for a similar price did not have either private parking or a kitchen with a stove or a beach nearby. The beach is a 2-minute walk from the apartment and there are cafes and restaurants nearby. We also traveled with a dog and there is a lawn in front of the house. All in all, we are satisfied and will definitely come back.

Great stay! We enjoyed the location and also the apartment's equipment. :)

We very much enjoyed the location, just at the beach with a playground and a bar. There is also a playground right at the property's garden, so it's perfect for stay with kids, we were able to let them run around in the mornings. The garden is full of fruit trees and we were lucky enough, to be able to have a fresh pomegranate and khaki for breakfast. The upper apartment has a great terrace and view. We visited in late October, so it was already chilly outside, but we were provided with heating in the apartment. The kitchen has a good equipment, even a dishwasher and washing machine.

Great location and private parking

The apartment is big and cosy, located on the 2nd floor with a nice private terrace with sea view. It has everything you need, and the staff responds quickly. The nearest beach with a nice beach bar is 2 min away (no shade though). Parking is private, on-site and always available for guests.

All is ok, just adding that there are steep stairs to the apartment, but not a lot, so it’s manageable (18 stairs).

Csak ajánlani tudom, egy rovinji nyaraláshoz tökéletes.

Modern apartman, nagyon jó helyen. 2-3 perc sétával minden elérhető (strand, étterem, bolt). Az óváros fél órányi séta, de városnéző kisvonattal is mehetünk, aminek megállója az apartmantól kb. 150 m.

Az egyetlen dolog, amit hiányoltunk: egy mikró.

Ugodan vikend u Rovinju

Dobra lokacija, pola sata pjeske od starog grada, a autom svuda na 5 minuta. Parking besplatan i odmah do apartmana. Lijep i uredan apartman, prostran.

Gute Lage sonst jedem seine Meinung

Uns hat die Lage gefallen da es nicht weit zu Fuß zum Strand war. Sauberkeit hat mir gefallen.

Das Apartment war im 2.Stock wo die Treppen zu eng und hoch zum steigen sind auserdem mit Koffer hochschleppen der Gang zu eng/schmal. Das Glas an den Türen beim zu machen war laut wenn jemand im EG oder 1.OG rein ging und seine Eingangstüre zu machte .Für die ganze Ausstattung war es etwas zu teuer für 5 Nächte.

La posizione ottima, a due passi dal mare e a due passi dal centro storico molto bello. Appartamenti con arredamento nuovissimo e super accessoriati. Non mancava nulla.

Alles aanwezig, prima appartement! 2 minuten van het strand, 25 min naar het stadje wandelen.

Beddengoed was wat aan de goedkope kant, liever wat dikker katoen op het matras

Moc hezké, nové a čisté ubytování.

Plně vybavená kuchyň na vaření, chytrá televize, byl nám poskytnut věšák na prádlo. Příjemná postel, pokoj šel zcela zatemnit. Pláž byla vzdálena asi 3 minuty chůze, ale nebyla moc hezká, na hezčí pláž se dalo dojít do 10 minut. Do centra Rovinj je cesta dlouhá asi 20 minut pomalé chůze.
