The location and view, cleanliness is exceptional.
Staff attitude. At check in - may be owner or manager had a nice chat, the clerk behind the checkin counter was nice and the bartender served us with outrageous service. But others had no smile, did not know how to talk with politeness. When I asked to order breakfast ( with payment) I was told to go back to room and will call, waited 40 minutes and around 8.40 am I called to ask breakfast, then I they brought in a menu and said no Sri Lankan food available only western ( why would I fly to Sri Lanka from western side of world to eat the same food I eat everyday day and night). But when I check out I saw room service staff serving string hoppers to one of rooms. Thats disappointing.
