I booked two rooms for three nights for our family vacation, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing.
The rooms were not clean. There was mold in the restroom, the room had an unpleasant odor, and the carpet had large stains. The bathtub drain was clogged, making it inconvenient to use. The air conditioner was not working in one of the rooms and we had to change the room.
The food was also well below our expectations and not up to the standard we anticipated.
Overall, the hotel is in desperate need of major renovations and better maintenance. This was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. I would not stay here again, and I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.
