We had a wonderful stay with our family. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the hotel was clean, comfortable, and peaceful. The food was delicious and the overall service was excellent.

Geethanjali Aunty was really nice and arranged everything during the stay and was very flexible. The place was accessible and clean. Convenient Check-in and Check-out times. Saved us lot of time and effort.

My stay at Ivory Crest in Kandy was truly a dream come true. Just a 5 minute walk to the city center, yet it feels like you’re completely surrounded by nature. Waking up to a beautiful balcony facing the jungle was magical a rare experience to find such greenery in the middle of a city. The only other place I’ve ever felt something similar was in Nottingham, and even that didn’t quite compare. The room was spotless and extra clean, which made the stay even more comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the hot water was consistently excellent — small details that made a big difference. What truly stood out was the kindness of the host. He thoughtfully made sure I had extra bottled water before I went on my peaceful walks along the jungle roads. That personal touch meant a lot. If you’re looking for fresh air, greenery, and tranquility while still being close to the city, this beautiful place is for you. Highly recommended! 🌿

This is highly subjective. The air con was too cold if you don’t reduce it in the night. I kept it off. For a nice weather like that you don’t need an air con.
