Location is their best feature. It is just 5mins walj from the tooth relic temple and another 10mins to city center via the beautiful lake.
The kind GM who received us on 13 March noon was very polite and warm, even offered to change our room to one facing the lake for lesser noise from traffic. Our room was bright & spacious.
All other cew members we met were also helpful and welcoming, perhaps with the exception of one particular gentleman who seems to be constantly on the phone & was rather rude & inpatient when approached.
Wifi was as good as nonexistent in Room 101. The mattress could use a change.

Perfect location close to the Temple of the Tooth and a quite spacious, decent room.
The breakfasts were not very good.
