Very nice place, big and comfortable room, GREAT food, and super-friendly staff. One of the guys who works there could be a chef in a good restaurant. The dinner he prepared for me and the breakfast were outstanding. See photos.
The location is perfect, but a touch difficult to find, even for tuk-tuk drivers. A few signs on the way from the main street would help, IMO.

We also stayed in two rooms in Kandy. The rooms themselves were good, but we weren’t fully happy with the bathrooms hot water wasn’t working properly in one room, and the shower wasn’t functioning either. We informed the staff about the issues so they could get them fixed. Apart from that, it was decent value for money. Staffs are friendly .

I really enjoyed my stay here. The young men that run it are lovely, so helpful with anything you need. The location is great, right near the river. I unfortunately didn’t get a chance to try their breakfast, but I saw it a few times, and it looked amazing!
A group arrive one day while I was there and they were very loud. Obviously that’s not the guesthouses fault. People need to be more aware of their surroundings.
