The staff were very helpful. The room was clean. The location is close to the centre, 10-12 minutes walk down walk. It was nice a quiet location.
The property is a bit off the centre, though walking distance. Nothing, to do with the hotel, but I wanted to be closer to the lake, and temple, which would be more central.

Excellent hotel with exceptional staff, perfect for our one night stay in Kandy. We were celebrating a birthday and were greeted with a cake and celebration on arrival which really made our stay special. The room was very clean with an immaculate modern bathroom. Staff were very helpful and always friendly. Would highly recommend.

The arrival was a bit odd as you go down a dusty alley with no signage. That said, upon finding the property, the staff were very friendly and tried to be as helpful as they could. Rooms were basic but functional and excellent value.
Breakfast was limited and of mediocre quality. Not bad, but not great.
