Excellent hotel with exceptional staff, perfect for our one night stay in Kandy. We were celebrating a birthday and were greeted with a cake and celebration on arrival which really made our stay special. The room was very clean with an immaculate modern bathroom. Staff were very helpful and always friendly. Would highly recommend.

This was one of the best, most modern hotels we stayed in while in Sri Lanka. The room was spacious, very clean and in particular the shower was hot and had great pressure. It was an easy walk into town. Service was friendly. Internet connection was great.

We had a very comfortable stay at Raj Residencies in Kandy. The staff were very friendly, location was good to walk into the centre of town and the shower was particularly good.

The arrival was a bit odd as you go down a dusty alley with no signage. That said, upon finding the property, the staff were very friendly and tried to be as helpful as they could. Rooms were basic but functional and excellent value.
Breakfast was limited and of mediocre quality. Not bad, but not great.
